Sam Said is the founder and president of HVS Enterprises with over 25 years of in-depth experience in Information technology, coupled with hands-on knowledge in business and the manufacturing industry.
Starting his career at the age 18, Sam worked as a full time software developer / IT manager. At age 19, he developed his first Shop Control software solution to support his employer’s Manufacturing business needs. His custom software was designed to optimize and manage the following areas: Production Management, Quality Control Management, Direct Labor (Employee) time tracking and Employee incentive System. Sam continued to upgrade and redesign his custom software throughout the years. He was eventually regarded as an inhouse consultant that was able to wear many hats. In addition to being the IT manager, Sam assumed the roles and the responisiblities of many positions where he was needed. His experience includes holding the positions of Quality Control manager, Production manager, Material Purchasing manager, and others.
Sam understands the requirements and the constraints that impact bsuinesses and specifically manufacturers and he has harnessed his past training and experiences in optimizing business processes to provide IT services to his clients with ongoing value.
